All versions of the DDco Smiley are printed then traced & cut out by hand using heavy-stock paper. These cutout pieces are implemented as stencils to burn silkscreens for printing—creating a subtle, yet distinguishable trace of human-touch in each print. There are over 10 cutout size variations, currently ranging from 1" to 13", with the collection ever-growing.
